Cup of Excellence (COE) is a non-profit organization, and COE is launching a multi-day education program designed for international coffee professionals to be immersed in the coffees and cultures of specific coffee-producing countries.
For supporting the origin immersion of the world of coffee, COE is launching a 5days (from Feb 26, 2024 to Mar 1, 2024) program into the intricacies of coffee production, cupping, and the rich history of this Central American coffee-producing gem. The program is including 6 elements of “COE cupping and scoring”, “EI Salvador coffee industry”, “Coffee production and processing”, “Coffee defects and quality control”, “Sustainability and coffee varieties” and “Roasting and espresso tasting”.
