Shipping policy

We provide standard shipping to all 50 states in the Unit States at customer cost, and it may change from time to time due to courier company or our further warehouse investment). For order from Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI), Virgin Islands (VI), Puerto Rico (PR), and Guam (GU), it may have late delivery issue due to courier of Fedex / UPS.

No international shipping available. We can only ship within the United States and Canada. We apologize for any inconvenience.

We ship all packages, so if you have a PO Box, please include it with your shipping information (if you are unable to receive postal parcels, please indicate so in the Comment box during checkout).

PLEASE be sure all information is correct on ship to address provided, including your apartment or suite number. We have basic address verification tools built into our shipping software, so if we are unable to verify the provided information then we will contact you by email and this will delay your order.

If your package is returned to our store because it was unclaimed, we will contact you. You are required to pay the additional cost to reship your package, unless the return is due to our error.

We are not responsible for lost parcels marked “delivered” by the post office.

You are required to contact your local post office for details before contacting mealzense.com. We e-mail tracking information as soon as we ship your order and this information is helpful when contacting your post office. Please check around other entrances and places where the package may have been tucked from view. We also request that you ask any members living in your house or building if they may have collected your package, on your behalf or by mistake.
