Return and refund procedure

Your satisfaction is our goal.

When you shop with us on mealzense.com, we want you to be completely satisfied. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unused merchandise within 30 days from date of purchase for a full refund of your product purchase price. Once we receive your return, please allow approximately 21 business days from when the product is received for your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Please note that the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Send your package using a shipping service that provides a tracking number (FedEx/UPS). We are not responsible if there is no proof the product was delivered to us.

Please fill out the return form here. It is great if you can print the form and include it with your Product or Part return. Otherwise, please leave a paper with your writing “RETURN: “ and your invoice number in your Product or Part return.

Send your package using a shipping service that provides a tracking number as Fedex or UPS.

REMINDER: Please note that the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, and we do not accept paying the shipping costs by receiver. We are not responsible if there is no proof the product was delivered to us.
