Arabica coffee tree

After explaining the structure of coffee berry and its relation to coffee beans, Meal Zense is introducing their source, coffee tree.

Arabica coffee tree is grown at high altitudes between 800 and 2000 meters. The trees are tall at 20 feet with a more delicate branching structure and oval-shaped leaves. Since 20 feet tall is inconvenience for berries collection, farmers are usually keeping the height of tree up to their reasonable target.

Due to high altitudes, Arabica coffee berries are containing delicate, nuanced flavor profile with notes of fruit, berries, and floral aromas.
